People become interested in each other’s picks. Social media users go wild as they watch the games. Plus, this is an event that thrives on positive energy. Even when someone roots for a team to lose, it’s because they want someone else to win. There is goodwill; viewers want to see success. This means that not only will they stick with the tournament for its entire duration, they’ll walk away when it’s over with a positive brand image in their minds.
