    This is a great infographic if you are looking to grow your business internationally.

    One thing I would add is the opportunity for using joint ventures to expand your brand. As an example, some global consumer global brands manage the brand but partner with another organisation in the market they are expanding into for production, distribution and even sales. That is one of the ways that Diageo has built a global footprint for it’s portfolio of products. (Disclosure: I was previously on the board of Guinness in Asia, North America and Ireland and managing joint venture partnerships was one of my responsibilities).
