Tim Ash is the CEO of SiteTuners.com and the author of the best selling book “Landing Page Optimization”. He is an expert in user-centered design and understanding online behavior. Tim specializes in improving website conversion rates through landing page diagnosis and redesign, conversion consulting, a/b-split and multivariate test plan creation, and client training/mentoring.

He is a highly-regarded keynote and conference presenter, and the chairperson of Conversion Conference – the first worldwide conference series focused on improving online conversions. I was fortunate enough catch up with Tim at a recent conference and he took the time to answer some very important questions that face B2B marketing professionals on a daily basis.
